Annual General Meeting (AGM)

On Wednesday 10th June from 18:00 it will be our AGM. After the meeting there will be some fund raising activities, non alcoholic drinks and our famous BBQ. This will be our main fund raising event of the season so please join us at the church.

The Beavers will also be running a toy / book stall, so would be pleased to receive any donations of unwanted toys and books!

As part of our fund raising for the Group Fun Night (10th June), the Cubs will be running a ‘Filled Jar Stall’. So please can we have donations of filled jars. These could be in the form of sweets (very popular with children!), small toys or games, food (jam etc). The jars look great when they have been suitably decorated, so let your imagination go and we look forward to seeing the results!

It would be best if these were brought to the church on the night in time for set up.
